I am aware that when taking creatine, it's not wise to have caffeine in your diet, however, for me, I drink alot of coffee and often times, need it. I was thinking of taking xenadrine instead of drinking coffee, but now i'm finding out that, that is not a wise choice either. Is there any subsitutes I may take that will give me that energy boost in the morning, rather than drinking coffee taht won't affect the creatine?
