Creatine and CKD

Creatine helps to preserve your muscles while you're dieting.
Otherwise your body breaks your muscles for the fuel.

Creatine

Whould it be beneficial to use creatine on a ckd diet along with fina or would it be just a waste of money.

In my opinion yes it will be very beneficial to use creatine while on Cyclic Ketogenic Diet. Creatine will help against the muscle "flatness" that you will likely experience during the low carb days (due to glucose depletion, of course).
Hope this helps.

Does anyone know the significance of taking creatine while on a ckd diet?

Creatine and CKD, is a long debated topic because of the myth that creatine needs insulin to shuttle it into the muscle tissue. However, that is not all correct, for creatine can use the lower intestine to absorb through into the bloodstream. Thus, about (ballpark) 30% of creatine should be able to become effective after ingestion. So, it's a good supplement to add, you just have to add much more than usual.

I started my CKD a few days ago and started using creatine.

Take the creatine (regular powder) with your workout water. It will absorb well.

I am loading on about 35 grams of creatine each workout...Last time I did this it worked very well.

When should I take the creatine, before or after a workout.
Would it do anything to kick me out of ketosis? And, would I even need it if I ran fina/winstrol?
