In my opinion yes it will be very beneficial to use creatine while on Cyclic Ketogenic Diet. Creatine will help against the muscle "flatness" that you will likely experience during the low carb days (due to glucose depletion, of course).

However, that is not all correct, for creatine can use the lower intestine to absorb through into the bloodstream. Thus, about (ballpark) 30% of creatine should be able to become effective after ingestion. So, it's a good supplement to add, you just have to add much more than usual.
