Creatine and Bloating

It works for me. I put on 10lbs of water weight while on it every cycle though. Isn't a problem. I look bigger while on it and more cut while off, but I wouldn't say I get "bloated"

Definetly helps me overcome the burn and getting extra reps on heavy compound stuff or high rep stuff--especially with leg exercises.
 
Strength ya. I don't know about explosiveness as I just recently started explosive lifts like clean press etc.
 
i used to take it back in high school and it definitely made me bigger and stronger but the added water wieght did not give me the more defined look i wanted...also i started having chest pains related to that or not i stopped taking it
 
I just tryed the ATP liquid creatine, I like it. no loading or maintance and no bloat
