Does anyone have a crazy 5X5 workout?? I am looking to start one today!!! If you don't have a 5X5 workout post a workout that is also crazy!!!
SL, have u ever tryed the Squats and Milk program? If so how effective at gaining all over body mass has it been?
I stopped my usual 3 day split in favor of a 5x5 program to see where it will lead to. Started yesterday.
no extramile ive been off of it for two years. just switch up routines every few months.
