Crazy Workout!!!!

Does anyone have a crazy 5X5 workout?? I am looking to start one today!!! If you don't have a 5X5 workout post a workout that is also crazy!!!
 
SL, have u ever tryed the Squats and Milk program? If so how effective at gaining all over body mass has it been?

It is very effective. It has worked for years for many people. I have not done this exact program as outlined, but I have done my fair share of high rep squatting. 20 rep squats will build slabs of muscle on your whole body, burn body fat, increase endurance, and make you extremely tough.
 
Ok, I have decided to go with German Volume Training to build more mass before I cut. My question is do you think doing 4 lifts a day will be enough to make significant gains?
 
that was when i was young. part of me got sick of 5x5 the other listened to the personal trainer/pro bodybuilder at my gym and he got me no where, then i switched around workouts for a couple of years then joined the omega project.
