How was your day sweets? I ate about 5,000 calories so far...but it's OK!! I'm on steroids and did chest/arms/abs this morning and all that is feeding my recovery and growth!!! Been sitting on this couch doing nothing but watching NFL ALL DAY!! And I get to do it again tomorrow night!!!

So when I bitch about being fat, just punch me right in the face.

Why don't you post a nice ass picture for all the boys?

LOL my STUD MUFFIN. My day was good went for a run and got nice and sweaty then made dinner.

uh huh.....right. Anyway..........when you zoom in on that pic it get's too fuzzy...........got a way to make the pic sharper? Maybe scan it in at a higher bit rate? I dunno.......maybe one of the tech boys can help us out. I really want to zoom in on some of those..........there are some quality asses on that wall.......god damn.
