Weighing close to 200 now. Might even be there right now. I don't know. Anyway, I took a couple shots after my workout tonight. I'm getting thicker all around, and also, as it is obvious, fatter. :D I will plan on trying to gain weight until the end of February or so, and then see if I can diet down to like 180 or so. That should put me around 10%.

looking good...focus on bulking cleaner to minimize the fat gain but some fat will always come with bulking
 
How tall are you? I don't see anything wrong with gaining some fat while you're bulking. It's a necessary evil. I see now why you were hating on my outtie.

I say, why bulk clean? It will just take longer. :)
 
Clean bulk is def. the way to go........no ?.........what are you on bruh? Breaking out kinda bad, no? Good results thus far...keep it up...........
 
Looking good. Back double bi is always the best shot when bulking :)

I'm also 100% clean, and ever since I started lifting heavy my back and shoulders have been breaking out bad. My face is fine; I wash it with some Noxema stuff twice a day. But I just can't control my back.
 
I use Pro-Activ once, sometimes twice a day. A body/face cleanser in the shower and body pads right after. My face cleared up a lot, but my back sucks. I hate this.

From Zero and Backlash, how old are you guys? I'm hoping you're younger like me and we're just waiting for this to go away in time...
