Where's the wheels? People with sized upper body's and skinny lower body's. Well, not to bust your bubble or nothing. They are snickered at. So where's the wheels?

Here's a shitty leg shot.

Sorry 'bout the hairy legs and shitty quality Max. Lighting is even worse here, but you can get the general idea.

Perk~Goatee is now off

NYBodyguard~My arms are about 16". I'm not a very big guy so they don't look too bad on my body. Don't know bout my chest. Guess I take a measurement later and post it. My waist is about 30" right now. Hoping to increase that a bit. heh

Hmmm.......thighs are 24"

Calves are 15 3'4".

Chest is 42, with lats unflexed.

I'm a shrimp. lol

Work on your legs.

It's my #1 priority bro. I do legs as my first workout of the week when I have the most energy.

Currently doing the 5x5s at 320 on squats and hope to hit 350 again before I switch up my routine. I was going heavier on squats and garnered myself an herniated disk, along with a nice bout of sciatica. I can work out fine, but sitting and lying down hurts like a SOB!

It is a shitty pic, though. Lighting is worse than the other two. I'll try and post a better one.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I am supposed to be bulking and NOT be ripped. Had myself an entire pizza last night. :chomp: It WAS a small pizza though, with whole wheat crust, chicken breast and low fat mozza. yum :p

BTW. Nice av tuc. :supercool

Stick with leg press. I hate squats.

Dude. Here are my comments:

Photo 1: Veiny. Very veiny. Also did you know that there's a thing that's like right behind your bicep/tricep in that pic. Oh yea, that's your lat. (HOLY SHYITT!)

Photo 2: Cut. Very cut.

Photo 3: You need to aim the camera lens just a little higher, ... just a little higher....( bonk. sassy hits nose on computer screen trying to look "up" "there" ... :flash: )

So. We're very proud of you, young man. Very proud.

;)

Are you deadlifting ? Your lats look awesome but erectors look a disproportionate...best of luck with the 5 x 5 for the legs as well

Deadlifts, squats and incline bench are the cornerstones of my workouts. I currently do 5x5 for each, for another 4 weeks. Everything else is secondary. My last back workout consisted of nothing but deads, due to limited energy that day. I do have high lats too, unfortunately. Even though I appear lean, I hold most of my bodyfat in my lower back region.

Good to hear opinions on what I need to work on. :)

squats are not fun but will give you bigger and better results than the limited leg press. the king of all exercises.

Can't remember where I read this :

The leg press was invented to keep the pussies out of the squat rack!!!

Some serious definition going on with that back mate!!! Awesome job keep it up.

You look great, particularly given that you're natural. Good, thick muscle everywhere and nice proportions.

Your arms are bigger than 16.........mine are 15.5 and your's are much bigger/ thicker than mine

no fuckin way your arms are 16". They literally look twice the size of mine which are 15".

Anyhow, great work mang. Guys like you motivate guys like me, who are trying to go natural more than anything.

The phone cam quality doesn't hide the fact you look jacked and rock solid!Excellent proportions IMO as well.. Where will you add the extra muscle while you bulk?! ;)

You may know what I will mention already - bare with me.

Ernie Taylor did an article in Flex about 4 or 5 years ago mentioning his training sessions with Yates. Taylor mentioned he addressed his high lats but doing medium grip underhand chins and trying to get the bar to touch his nipples on every rep. In effect, his body was almost parallel to the ground. Anyway, he said it help and it has helped me a little as well.

So thats what someone my height a few pounds heavier and leaned up looks like! Your about my goal for the near future, and the pics give me some extra motivation. Lookin great, keep it up! I have leg problems myself but there isn't alot to do aside from lifting!!

ya give him a year or so he will be sticking himslef ... good pics bro

LOL!

No gear for me. I'm pushing 40. Doesn't make much sense to start now. I've been working out, on and off, for almost 23 years. I take it more seriously now than in the past. But, my main motivation for working out is the health benefits.

Had the earring for over 20 years as well. Probably keep it too.

Thanks for the comments again people. :)

oh well even more reason to push the juice... ha ha ya good job old man good job

good to see someone who does not neglect the lower body when pumping up the upper parts!!

when you have such a good subject for a pic, the quality of the pic is not so critical!!
