Im trying to shed some body fat and cut up..but the problem is sometimes i have hockey at 10pm and im not done till 1130.
If i chug a bottle of water or G2 gatorade i feel bloated before i sleep and i heard its really bad to have so much liquid at night


IS THIS TRUE?
 
drop the gatorade. just drink a low carb whey shake as soon as your done hockey then right before you go to sleap eat a hard boiled egg and drink some water.
