could this be a tren side or injury?

so my lower back right along my belt line...i know with dbol i get insane pumps and it hurts there.....i was wondering if this could be an issue with tren or if i hurt myself...

anyways when i wake up in the mornign it kills can barely get out of bed have to roll out..when i inhale it sends shooting pains through my lower back...when im doign cardio every few minutes i get a sharp pain and almost feels like my knees are gonna buckle...as i go through the day the pain gets less...by the end of the day im feeling ok still alittle pain but not much...
it started just the other day after i did back day...i didnt do anything other then the normal..form was fine did 2 extra reps for deads that was it... i ate a few pain killers last night and pain went away...
any ideas? thanks

Can you bend over and touch your feet without pain? If not it could be a disk problem and you should go see a doctor asap!
 
I can but it hurts.. Once I start working out it goes away though.. Then after I'm done comes back
 
It pretty much stays in the lower back area... Weird it hurts anytime I breathe or sniff burp.. LOL how long ya guys think I should stay away from lower back exercises? I don't have insurance so a doctor is out of the question

That sounds more muscular which is a good thing. I would stay away from squats, standing bicep curls and pretty much anything that causes you to use your back to much.
 
thanks guys for the advice.. How long does something like this usually last? In on prop/tren now it should speed things along shouldnt it?

I would say 3 weeks to a couple of months depending on how bad it is. Just remember that after it starts feeling like new to give it another week or two.
