go to the exercise directory for pics. There's also a page set up called "the johnsons" which is wade and kris johnson and some video of them (all with great form). If you have any questions, post them on the forum thats linked to the site for a fast answer.

A while back there used to be a sticky in this forum with a few sites with more lifts and how to execute them.........any ideas?
