Here's the deal: I'd never done any sust before, I started with 250 in the buttock, it got a little more sore than deca ever made me. Then on my 2nd week I went to 500mg on the other side, the next day it felt like I had been hit very hard with a metal baseball bat. Very, very sore for like the whole week. I thought something may have went wrong so I decided to start over in my legs. So now I decided I would shoot 250 in the quad, not so bad. Until I went up to 500 the next week. My entire leg swelled and got very red had limp for days. Should I go to two sites with 250? is 500 too much in one place? WTF? Anyone else?undefinedundefined
