Could a vet help out a guy wanting to start out

thanks for the replys, guys, anyway, ummm here we go, i have always had weight issues. some self inflicted, some a heritated trate i guess. umm few years ago, my weight was at a disgusting 400 lbs, i know wow. so when my first son was born i wanted to be the best dad i could be, in every way possible, so i changed my life style totally. i now weigh 218, im 5'10, 28 yrs old, father of 2, husband to a beautiful slender wife. been weight training off and on since i was 15, played high school football, could have gone to college ball but i had to have 2 knee surgeries, so that ended that. kinda what started my weight to get so horrendous. but now im a chicken breast, salad, kind of guy. my mornings are Myoplex MRP shakes, mid morning, is chicken breast, dinner is another shake, with some fruit, maybe cold veggies, mid after noon is regular, protein shake, supper is chicken or turkey or steak of something fairly heathy.
my whole day has its supplement regiments, i spend like 300 a month on supplements from BB.com. been workin out steady and hard for about 2.5 years now, its helped with my weight loss, a tremendous amount, my every day work is very riggerious also so it helps too. anyway, umm, mentally and physically im needing the next step u know, i need to take my body and mind to the next level and this is something i have ben thinking about for awhile now, and i feel that this may be the time for me to start and reach my dreams and goals. and i hope you all can maybe understand where im comin from, and see that everyone needs to start there journey in transformation somewhere, with the proper guidance, and thats what im tryin to accomplish.
i dont know anyone personally who i can talk to about this, but i think that odviously this has got to be the best and most informative place for anyone to get all the info they need. thanks again everyone for taking the time to read my thread and i hope to hear from everyone real soon.

i remember my first cycle consisted of 250mg of sus a week and 30mg of dbol a day for 8 weeks. im not saying i was the smartest guy in the world, but i got that cycle info all on my own. yeah, its not the best cycle, but at the time everyone said it would work being my first cycle. my point being, if you dontknow what to take or for how long to achieve your goals, you obviously havent read enough. keep reading, learn more. Check out the Cycle forum. You could easily copy someone elses cycle. As long as diet is in check, and you have your basic injectable, along with an oral ( if you want) i think youll be fine. dont complicate it too much. Everybody wants to be fancy. your just starting out.
