What kind've core work, if any, do you martial artists and fighters do? I figure compound lifts, combined with some isometric core work (planks and bridges) I should be okay, but I'm not sure if any dynamic exercises are used by people, or if they make a difference. I can't see them making much of one.
And no, situps aren't a good choice, so don't bother mentioning those.
