CoolcolJ, question about OL and jumping.

Im thinkin about following this program here in a bit. http://www.qwa.org/programs/tbeg6.asp Mainly to work on my jump, and sprint speeds. What do you think about incorporating some actual sprinting and jumping into this? How well do you think the program would work toward reaching those goals?

i would check out my lastest post on animalmass's sticky. I link to a large collection compiled by animallmass, that has among other things, a section on vertical jump.
