Well it will make it easier to keep up with come contest time...can you imaging Before pixs scattered across this thread. If anyone has any better suggestions let hear them.

remember i'm a little guy and will only be doing 400-500mg week. can i get away with 25mg proviron a day, or you still say 50mg. i have 160 of them, but if i only needed half, i was gonna sell the other 4 bottles to my boy.
