I need some contest prep diet help. A g/f is competing in her first bb show this weekend. She's been on low carb diet for last 9 days - will stay on low carb until Friday night.
Then, we'll start carb-up Friday night - baked potatos, yams. Saturday morning, more
carb-up -pancakes with syrup, potato. Keep water intake low. Pre-judging at 12:00,
then Finals at 6pm.
My questions are:
1. What do you think about our carb-up plan?
2. What should water intake be Friday and Saturday?
3. Thoughts on sodium intake on Saturday?
4. What should she eat between Pre-judging and Finals, and how much water?
