Buldog,
All I wanna know is how in the hell did you get 19 inch arms on your frame? Is it genetics? What does your arm routine consist of?

Congrats, you have put in some serious time. Could you help to answer a question?

When you work cardio, where do you keep your bpm at? Roughly.
I cant believe those charts are real. This would be a huge help because obviously what you have done has worked. It may not nessesarily work for me but at least I can get an idea of what someone at your level does.

... I really don't pay to much attention to heart rate. But I would say it stays between 130-135. I was doing an hour every morning. I was walking on the treadmill on an incline. The incline was 7.0 and the speed was 3.5. If you are above 10 % body fat then your cardio can be intense. Maybe like 145-160. But once your bodyfat is real low then you have to be careful that you don't start burning muscle. Thats when you drop in and do longer durations of cardio.

looking pretty good bro. now you must put on some size to move up the ranks. i suggest you take a year or 2 off and put as much size on as possable. if you can come in at that same condition but 20lbs heavyer, you will do good in your weight class. i don't know if you want to be any bigger, im just telling you what you have to do to move up in the NPC.
