That’s right Buld0g (Rich) won not only his weight class but best overall in the Novice show!! This was his 1st show and not only does he win his weight class he wins the whole damn thing!!!
It was a pretty good show, about 60 competitors and also womens BB, and I was impressed with some of the ladies to say the least…one chic who won the overall was obviously heavily juiced with her manly jawline and her love handles (you take male hormones you get male fat distribution) but she was in good shape and she won…beating this 42yr old from my gym..who IMO was AMAZING!!
So I’m kicking it to the horny juice head groupie chics in the back..making my rounds all nite getting a few digits here and there…wondering where the hell Rich was sitting…show started at 7pm and I’m in the back at this point kicking it to the black trophy presenter chic (went home with her after the show lol) and all of a sudden I hear all these cheers like a damn college football game..so I’m like oh shit lemme see…who do I see? fucking shredded kid with spikes and I’m like oh snap that’s my boy Rich!!! The kid had a friggen 8 pack! His conditioning was ON POINT!! His stage presence was out of this world!!! He fucking owned that stage…you could see it on his face and by his actions and all his boys (at least 30+ peeps in the crowd came to see him..[man i miss those days]...) cheering really made him give a great show…I tell ya for a 1st show this dude was so comfortable…had that cocky “I’m the shit and this is my show motherfucker” attitude that I love so much!!! and humble as shit when he won the show.
And when they announced him as 1st place it was great….then he goes back stage…I had to go introduce myself….fucking nice guy and very thankful as well for some pointers I gave to him the last few days before the show….I only wish I wasn’t injured and down 20lbs from my contest condition where I would feel comfortable enough to walk on stage..i was about 208 last nite..maybe 5%..if I was to do a show id end up weighing like 195 on stage..i need to step on stage at 215ish at 2%ish…not even close to that yet….…would have been a blast to have been up there with him…anyway I see him eating a few snacks….then he goes back out on stage for the overall in the novice and BAM he wins that too!! Fuckin a!!
Rich bro you looked great man congrats on your win..what did you weigh in at?…I hope I can get finally train heavy again after the summer and start bulking and maybe do the October 2002 or march 2003 show…….
You need to come to Gold’s man lets do some chest and biceps one night after work…big Adam is there all the time and the guest poser ECO also…tell me ECO wasn’t UNREAL!!! 172lbs he weighed in…and still had 19 inch arms and SHREDDED!! That guy is amazing!!!
