I would fight dirty as fuck if we fought...bighting off large chonks of flash would be my first tactic.I dont mind taking a few punches to the face in order to get a hold of one of your flailing arms so I can bite a finger off.always go for the pinky first they come of the easiest then work your way up from there.the ending out come is all that matter lol

its well trained.I do weighted sit ups leg lifts,dead lifts,squats the hole 9 yards.

I got 45lb dumb bells lol and your wasting your time with me swole I dont care so you wont get a rise out of me.I spent 6 weeks using 45lb dumb bells and I can still out lift you in any core lift by more then a 100lbs so you should feel bad not me. :)

IP and I are cool, that is truely in good spirits.

As far as clockwork.. no love loss there. It was well deserved after he paraded the problems I had wtih my wife about for his own personal reasons.

I mess around, and I'll even attack people... but I don't go around bullying people. Swole made a bunch of comments about n2 a week or so back saying he looked like he had down syndrom and shit.. told him to go look for his extra chromosome.. just nasty crap.

I've redded people too. But I have noticed that every single time I did it or someone else redded me, the comment that that reputation was given for was taken personal. So, IMO, the red hit is more of a "personal revenge" - that is not including people that red alters for fun
