computer question...about add ons

My computer keeps resetting my internet explorer to run withuot add ons which is messing up my email and such.

How to reset?

I don't want to call our tech guys in ohio as I asked them this about a month ago and now forgot how they told me to fix it the last time this happened.

The easiest solution would be to download the Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable

IE needs to catch up.
