computer peeps: HELP!!

all of the avitars here and pictures from other locations that i try to look at are not clear.....kinda fuzzy, like they are only 90% downloaded.

how can i fix this?

Does this occur if you are using a different pc?
Any magnetic items close to your monitor?
How old is your hardware? (IE: vid card, monitor)
Do you use any special software for viewing these images?

Need a little more detail as there could be many things causing the problem.

blurry images started about a month ago.....high speed WiFi or slow dial up makes no difference.

It's your monitor or graphics card, likely the monitor. Ensure all sources of magnetic fields are moved away, including other monitors and speakers. Clear your whole desk if you have doubt.

If that makes no difference then your monitor may need to be re-tuned. That would involve removing the case and fiddling around with lots of potentiometers while trying to avoid getting electrocuted.

As another test, get your hands on another monitor and see whether a replacement monitor would make a difference.
