Completely new, advice on this wanted

heya i just signed upto this, urm been down to decathalon in Purfleet bought a 55kg set of weights and 2 bars, one straight and one thats curved, guy there said its for biceps. Im 24 play footie so pretty fit, i wanna bulk up though, only 10 n half stone, about 5 ft 11. i been doing 3 sets of 12 reps with the curved bar with a 5kg weight on both ends plus the bar its probably 13-15 kg not sure? i did mon, tuesday, then took a break weds and my arms are fine now, done some today, is this the way to do it? or..? any advice mostly appreciated.

also already pretty toned on the abs from footie etc

Read the training stickies at the top of this section. There is a ton of good info there.
