You can move this once some guys start posting responses.
I am really trying to stick to the basics for this current cycle I just started.
I do 3-4 sets of heavy rack pulls...
3-4 sets of Weighted Pullups...
3 sets of Bent Barbell rows....
Sometimes I do shrugs, sometimes no..
Is this too little.. I go balls out.. Have been for years.. Just didnt know if I should switch things up..
