Complete Back Developement?

You can move this once some guys start posting responses.

I am really trying to stick to the basics for this current cycle I just started.
I do 3-4 sets of heavy rack pulls...
3-4 sets of Weighted Pullups...
3 sets of Bent Barbell rows....
Sometimes I do shrugs, sometimes no..

Is this too little.. I go balls out.. Have been for years.. Just didnt know if I should switch things up..

Back developement, like any other bodypart, depends mainly on your genetics. My back is my best bodypart. I have full muscle bellies and I don't hold fat there. I stick to the basics when I train back, just like I do with everything else. With this in mind this is what I do:

Pull ups
Bent over BB rows
DB Rows
Cable Low Row
High Pulley Cable Pull Overs

My back can handle high volume so that's why I do so many exercises. Try it out, if you're not getting the results you are looking for then try something else.

I built up a base with Heavy deads for a few years and right now am doing HEAVY ASS Tbar rows
Bent BB Rows
Chins
Cable Rows
Shrugs

Everything but the cables and chins is done extremely heavy...

I do wide-grip pull-downs, incline db rows, machine pull-downs, seated cable rows, and then cable pull-overs superset with reverse-grip pulldowns. I also throw in deads every 2 weeks or so, and sometimes switch incline db rows for bent bb rows. My back also can handle lots of volume, so I get 20-25 sets for back and it's still rarely sore, but it works.

I like Cable rows the best, i feel that it develops your whole back. i then do cable lat pull downs, and then cable bentover rows. sometimes i switch cable rows with tbar or angle rows. my back has always been my strong spot so i go really heavy on it and dont really worry. word of advice though. i notice people doing all kinds of rows and never really putting their backs into it. they kind of just stand still and let their arms do all the movement. and they never get the full benefit of the exercise. think about it if youre rowing a boat, and youre only moving your arms you;ll be exhausted within minutes, but if you use your back its much better.
