Whats a good combo to start out with if you dont like to get stuck??? I want to put on some mass and cut the Fat!! Been at it for 2 month now, maybe need to cut a few carbs and add more prot. Help/ 5'9" 220 m
 
What do you mean "if you don't want to get stuck"? Have you ever cycled before? You have been at what for 2 months, lifting, cycling? Be a little more detailed and clear in your posts and people will be more likely to respond.

No never cycled befor, doing my research befor I do! Dont like needls! been lifting on and off for about 2 years at 9 to ten months straight. Been taken this Promagon 25 for about 4 weeks seem to be getting stronger but not alot of size. So now im taken amno's every Hr and a half along with Vit C. Just want to get some very good advise befor I start something. "The do's and donts" Want to add lean Mass and cut down on body fat. Im 38. Max bech is 310, squats 210,,, little legs would like to get some beef on them. Right now I think I look like an up side down triangle with a tire around my waist. Any help and advis would be great thanks!!!
 
If you are a newbie, I could easily say try DNP, sarcastically,

But are you training? Working out, what is your age? Are you 220 lbs or m?
 
Train each body part at least 2 time a week. Im 38. cardio 2 times a week.

Diet...
6 am, 5 hard boiled eggs, supp, 2 spit top wheat bread, 12oz oj
9am-9: MRP, egg york noodles 1/2 cup
11am, 2 cans tuna in water, 1 orange, 1 cup graps, 1 pb&j sand
2pm, 1 T-bone steak, 1 sweet potato, 1 can green beans, pasta
5pm, 1 broild chk breast, salad, 2 hard boild eggs, 3 amino tabs,2000mg Vit C,100mg ginseng,, 600mg Red Yeast Rice, 200mg Potassium
6pm pre workout 12oz no-xplod
7:30pm protien shake 30g 1 banana 1 apple
9pm Large chk salad
