yoss- wont argue your point- you are most likely correct...however- cocaine does do what I said it does....I have done X-1 time...and couldnt stop thinking about it for 10 days...I was fucked up for 4 days...but what a ride!!!! damn "rollin".....dont think I would ever do it again tho...it was not hard to come down from, actually it was very easy and slow to come off of....but I wasnt straight for 4 days...shit!!!

I have done meth for several years now. Off and on. Usually only using about 1 or 2 months out of the year. I have tried coke just a few times. I like meth better, practically speaking. I prefer the immediate effects of coke.

I have had no problems using for a while then stopping for several months. Then starting again. I am psychologically addicted to drugs in general, but certainly not physically addicted to coke or meth.

Shit, people talk about it here like it is the fucking devil.

There are other causes of peoples' destructive behavior!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coke can take a normal person and make him/her addicted - true.

A destructive person can take coke and ruin his/her life.

It is also possible to have a good fucking time with acceptable short-term crashes and perhaps no long-term negatives. I am an example of this.

let me ask you this...is a person really addicted and really in trouble if they were to do a drug like 2days a month on a saturday??.....to me an addict is someone who needs that shit mon-fri just to function, i dont get addicted to anything, i LOOOOOVE weed, yet i havent touched it in months and when i did it would be a once a month thing, I love drinking, yet i;ll only do it maybe 2 days a month max....No matter how much i like something i will never be the person sitting home everyday of the week fucked up on drugs..so as far as getting addicted that will never happen to me, but getting high as hell on a weekend here and there is a possibility. I enjoyed alot of shit and never had to go get more, i was loving painkillers when i fucked up my jaw playing football..but I never touched them again, to me you got be weak in the mind to become dependant on anything.

3)selling your soul - ie addiction

The issue with serotonin specifically is that cocaine selectively agonizes and antagonizes several of its receptors thereby eliminating negative feedback loop of serotonin on dopamine and potentiates the actions of the drugs - serotonin receptors fire less frequntly, while dopamine is in full loco.
