When using close grip bench to primarily hit the Tri's, where should the bar be brought down to?
I find that bringing it below my pecs, closer to the bottom of my ribcage, allows me to keep my elbows in more.
Should I be 'aiming' for somewhere else instead (like nipples, collarbones, etc..) to really focus on my tris?
