clen or t3 to run with aas??

ok ive done a fair bit of reading on which med is best to run along with aas but i still dont have a definate answer.

my goal is to get my bf level down as much as possible although im not prepared to sacrifice muscle catabolism. from what ive read ..if im right clen will only ''burn'' fat and not affect muscle.

however t3,according to some sources is catabolic which makes me wonder why bb's use it at all?

im inclined to think clen is the best route, although i could even run both along with aas

any input welcome

2.the affect T3 will have with regards to catabolism?

I just made a post about this seconds ago ironically, but I spoke with a friend who is a chemist yesterday and he told me T3 has never been proven as catabolic, it only depletes glycogen stores. I have experimented with very, very high daily dosages of T3, and this seems to be true. I flatten out and become VERY tired, but I don't notice any real muscle wasting or loss, I 'bounce back' after a couple days of lowered dosages and carb refeeding.
