Clen dosing for females

So the wifey has taken an interest in my recent Clen run and is considering to give it a try. Does anyone have a protocal for female Clen dosing, or anyone know how it'd differ from dosing for males? Not sure if I should have her start at 20mcg and ramp up to 40mcg and so on, or if cus she's 100lbs less then me that she should start lower? Any help on the matter is appreciated.
 
Clen is a poor choice. It was a great thermogenic in it's time back in the 90's but there are so many better alternatives today that it's not worth the hassle. You have to rotate it every other week, it makes you tired, and it doesn't yield any better results than the top thermogenics like Thermorexin.
SesaPure/Glucorell and Thermorexin are not only much healthier but they will yield the same results.
 
If you alreasy have clen just use it. My girl takes 4 20mcg pills a day. But she is on the big side 5'9" 155. If you gilr is in the low 100s I would start her on 3 a day with meals and see how she feels. Then go up till she can tollerate it.
 
Yep, already got it, so figured she could use it rather then fork out mroe cash for something else...

She's 5'3", roughly 125'ish....

I was thinking start her with 20mcg and go from there....?

At 5'3" and 125ish, I'd focus on diet/cardio first before dropping any clen. Doesn't appear she has much to lose. My 2cc's.
 
her diet and cardio has been dialed in for a very long time.

we have 2 kids, the youngest at 10mths, so I think it's that little bit o' baby fat she's looking for something extra to help her trim it down along with her hard work.

So would 20 mcg be a good start for a female and ramp it up slowly as she can tolerate it?
 
20mcg is very light. I would start her on 20mcg in the morning then another 20mcg at lunch. If by 5 she doesnt feel jittery I would let her tak another.

Keep her at 3 for a few days and if she feel she can take more give 4 but no more.
