Clebuterol Question

I just got Clen 200 (S.A.L.), its liquid, 200mcg Clenbuterol/mL. i was told to take 1/4cc every day 2 weeks on 2 weeks off... was wondering if this was a good dose and if it would be better once a day or twice a day (1/8 cc twice), once in the morning b4 cardio and again in the afternoon b4 my workout... any comments/suggestions/experiences welcome... thx

I would star at 60mcg ED, in the a.m. before your cardio and work your way up EOD by 10mcg until you are at 100mcg a day. Alternating 2 weeks on and 2 off is ok, but I usually went 3 weeks on before taking a break. Everyone is differant. Listen to your body when you start. Clen has the potential to be dangerous for some people that have issues with hypertention, or heart issues such as palpatations.
 
Honestly I would not use it at all. I'm on it right now and not very impressed with my fat loss so far, and my diet and cardio have been spot on. It just didn't live up to the hype for me and the possibility of heart problems or other issues are very real.

If you are going to run it I would suggest not doing more than 40mcg your first day then bump up by 20mcg a day until you hit 100 or 120 or you can't take the sides. You tend to get used to it very quick tho. I use an insulin syringe to measure it as the droppers are very inaccurate.

man clen and dnp scare me like crazy id personally wouldnt use until i was like 5 % bf and wanted to get down some more

buuuuut thats very unlikely to happen as i wont be going pro anytime soon :P
 
Clen is a quick fix (and not a very good one) for people who don't know how to diet. It is also very dangerous. Ya feelin' lucky?
 
is this board like competely anti clen now? because a good guy died no one has any idea it had anything to do at all with clenbuterol

when i use CLEN i take it 2X per day AM/NOON

done it way too many times. it fucks your heart up. theres research to show. people will say its on mice but the dosages are exactly what people take on a daily basis. i also had a very well known strength guy tell me, without evidence to back this up, he believes it strips minerals from the heart tissue that are not replaced. its garbage. diet harder, up the cardio. thats the way to go.

my opinion has nothing to do with the passing of guardian. trying to fall asleep with a resting heart rate of 160 and waking up with a heart rate of 140 beats a minute on 60 mcg is enough proof to me. im thankful i realized it was garbage 8 years ago. took alot longer for the boards to realize it.
 
i was gonna use some later this summer but in light of recent events, never again. The heart palpatations are pretty scary. I'd rather be a little chunkier w/ piece of mind. I regret using it the 1st time and am debating throwing a bottle of ECA away.

Wow either my stuff is really underdosed or I am affected way less by it. I was shaking pretty bad the first 3 or 4 days I got up to 120mcg mark but after a few days I upped it to 140 and didn't feel it much more. I guess I adjusted to it quickly.

It really does suck though. I didn't really get any bad sides from it except for a small cramp once or twice, but I can't really lift because your muscles tighten up when you strain and almost cramp. And I haven't lost a ton of weight. I mean I lost like 1 to 1.5lb per week but I'm already dieting right and doing cardio so I'd probably have lost that or more just using lipoflame/amp02 instead and I could still be lifting! I'm off the clen in a week then I'm switching to Omegas stack. I'm probably gonna throw in some rawmcc too just because I have a couple bottles. I'm gonna keep my diet the same so I will be able to directly compare. I'll post a thread about it in a month.

Id bet either underdosed or bunk. Ive heard to many bad things lately about liqui anything.

i hate the stuff (search my posts) I have used albuterol for asthma (pills and inhaler) off and on since i was a kid----while clen is billed as long acting albuterol (half life of 4 vs. 36 hours) it made me shake and send my HR through the roof--at 20 mcg of pharm grade. never touched it again.

clenbuterol also yielded three very negative changes. First, after just four weeks, clenbuterol-treated rats were unable to maintain their normal swimming or running training intensities, while clean rodents were quite capable of continuing. Secondly, the hearts of the clenbuterol-taking, trained rats increased dramatically in size compared to the hearts of sedentary rats, but the heart expansion was probably due to the infiltration of collagen fibres into the heart walls, not an increase in heart-muscle cells. Collagen is a tough connective tissue which doesn't augment heart-muscle power but in fact stiffens the heart, potentially leading to a decrease in cardiac output. Increases in collagen may also produce cardiac arrhythmias. Thirdly, clenbuterol rats suffered from noticeable cardiac-cell degeneration.

Wow I heard people talk about heart effects before but that is one scary study. That's all I need to hear. No more clen for me. I'm running it til my lipoflame comes in and I'm done.

i had pharm grade pills. research chems werent available yet. 20 mcg pills.

Ya I'm pretty sure this stuff is just underdosed. Doesn't matter anyway I took my last dose today. I'm never touching it again. I couldn't work out the whole time because of cramping and I only lost about a pound a week which is normal for the diet I'm on with the cardio I do. So basically it did nothing for me except maybe fuck up my heart. I say no thanks.

My new bottle of lipoflame comes tomorrow so I'll run that for the next month and be able to directly compare the fat loss from the lipoflame/amp02 stack to clen. I'm sure its much safer though either way.

its extremely easy to offset the sides of clen but its the effect it has on the heart that is just too much. youre making a good decision.

my opinion, after 20 years (august will be my 20th year training), i avoid anything that stimulates my heart/bp or messes up my cholesterol. its just not worth it.
 
The information is out there, not much point hashing it all over again.
