Hola My EF Friends,
I have been on a Keto (CKD), and more recently a carb cycle).
Now, can anyone explain this to me -
I realsise that cals in - cals out is the basis for any diet in determing cutting/ bulking. However, I I run a CKD at 1000 cals above maintenance, surely Im gonna lose fat (as my body uses it for fuel) whilst gaining LBM?
Also - I would appreciate some axamples of any Bro's carb sycles. Does anyone run Low/low/med/high, as opposed to 0/0/med/high?
Would you say that on a carb cycle you could average your cals over the week and lose fat whilst gaining LBM?
