can anyone give me the low down on what these even are...and what muscle your supposed to use etc.
we changed shit up a bit, and today we had where u start with a bar on the floor, and then u get it up and u like swing-ish it up to resting almost on ur front, and then u push it up above ur head like a military press, and then back down to resting, then back down to all the way down before u swing up again...
is this whole motion a clean, or is only getting up to step #2 (resting below ur neck) the clean.
also, my coach said i could use my legs a littlebit for momentum, and at first i was doing a reverse curl to get it up before pushing it above my head, and then i started using a mix of shoulder/swinging/traps....
im summary, what am i supposed to do with these?
