Yea bro, saw that post about the milk, seems like a great way to bulk up. Are you gonna use milk in all your shakes to get a gallon a day? Ill either do 1% or 2%....

I think my whey protein is what your talking about. I think im set haha if i cant grow off this ill let you guys know, thanks for the replies

I've been takin 4-AD and Cyclotren and love it, check out www.justaddmuscle.com for great prices on those. Other than that if the calories are what you say then you should be fine
 
im also on cyclotren, shits amazing. I guess ill keep these cals the way they are, looks pretty good to me. Thanks doom
 
Wake Up: 50g Whey 400
1 packet oatmeal<--- when ou say pack oatmeal I hope you do not mean that instant crap like peaches and cream or apple and what ever. Full of crap and no goof for you

Breakfast: 2 eggs 920
3 egg whites
2 cups milk< what kind of milk whole 2%?
2 pieces bread<-- what kind of bread?
5 tbsp flax seed

Pre W/O: 6 oz lean meat 580
3 pieces whole wheat bread

Post W/O: Glycomaize 280
creatine

20 Min later: 50g whey 250

Lunch: 1 cans tuna (oil) 475
mustard
2 pieces bread <what kind of bread?

Dinner: 6-8 oz lean meat 580
2 pieces bread <to much matha fucking bread its not the best source for carbs no matter what kind it is
2 cups carrots

Snack: 6-8 oz lean meat 635
half cup almonds
2 cups chopped broccoli

Pre-Bed: 2 scoops Casein 240

Are you a hard gainer. Chill with the dame bread. Eat some brown rice or a yam man.
 
Thanks NeedTo, the oatmeal is trader joes 100% organic oats with flax.

2% milk, and the bread is whole wheat.

In all honestly id say im not a hardgainer, but im trying to be and i know this is the first step. My training is good, but my diet is inconsistent. LOL ill eat some brown rice how does this look?
