clean bulk... can someone explain?

hey now.
i've been eating almost anything in site for the past few months, and lifting hard for over a month now. i had taken 3 months off due to injury and i've put on a significant amount of weight. im 5'10'' 205 but not that fat. i'm starting to get some undesired weight around my stomach but still wanted to keep up a bulk to build muscle. would a "clean bulk" help me lose the belly?
i'm not to sure what a clean bulk consists of. could someone explain it?

Shower and then eat your ass off.....nah, just eat, but no junk....you can figure that much out.....1.5g of protein........keep it simple......just eat wholesome foods....do a search......
 
low glycmic carbs, higher fats (flax, omega-3) and absolute minimum of .9 grams of prtein perlb of bodyweigth up to 2.2 grams

^good advice.


clean bulk means you goto the grocery store, buy chicken breast in the bulk. come home, cook them all. then eat. :)
