it's been a yr a half since i smoked. i smoked last night, but i need to get it out of my system. i get randoms at work. whats the best stuff i can get. someone told me that if you are an active person and only smoke once in awhile, it wont stick in you system long. i also drink a gallon to gallon and a half of water every day. any suggestions on speeding up this process would be appreciated. thanks
