CKD lunch

Hello everyone, this is my first post (cheers for me). Well i am about to start a CKD since i just finished a bulking phase. It was extremely successful for me i put on about alot of wieght for my age. I am 16 and still in high school and this is where my problem lies. For lunch it is hard for me to find an acceptable food to eat. My school serves only carbs (pizza everyday, tacos everyday, deli line, and hot line which is just some kinda sandwich usually) so obviously im going ot have to bring somethign from home. I can bring tuna but we all know how quickly tuna gets old. Is there any other food you would recommend that is portable that would be good for lunch. Or do you recommend me jsut waiting until i get home to eat lunch (only 2 hours later than my lunch) Thanks!

P.S Ways to make tuna be more interesting would help too! Thanks!

for low carb lunches i chuck 1/2 a bag of salad greens into a lunchbox, some cucumber, chopped slice of onion, low carb dressing or mayo and a protein sources (shrimp/boiled eggs/tuna). Close the lunchbox lid, shake it up and pack it for work :)

ok sounds good......... I would buy tacos and just eat the meat in a salad or something but you know how cheap schools are they dont give you enough if your gonna eat all the sides and everything and taking into account i wouldn't even be eating the entre. I may start buying salads (even these manage to be gross) or tuna still appeals to me so ill stay with that........ i skip lunch sometimes soon whichi know isn't good but i end up eating 2 hours later.
