Ok I started this CDK diet last saturday, eating around 10 grms of carbs a day, high protein high fat. I weight myself today and I am 7lbs down from saturday. I ALWAYS weigh myself in the morning on an empty stomach and with almost the same clothes. It was kind of hard the first couple of days but know I am getting just to it, the sugar free yellow really helps. Is also kind of hard getting all the fat in. Yesterday I ate 8 whole eggs and two hamburger patties with cheese and mayo plus 2 tbs spoons of flaxeed oil just to get the fat up. I am also not taking any fat burners other than one serving of eca right before cardio. My abs are getting more shredded on a daily basis and I can see my intercostals. The only downside is the lack of energy and strenght and my muscle were flat today. I have notice hardly any muscle mass loss, just higher defenition over all. Well today is my carb up day, lucky me. My goal is to get my bf down to 7%, right now around 9%, and then start a cycle, probally 3 more weeks.
