this is fine. just wash face with a cloth then slap on your yohimburn, wait 15 minutes and go. 15 minutes is fine, even 10 or even just before. 20-30 minutes is reccomended but not essential.

I thought i asked you this question before but i dont know what thread you answered it in.

How long does YES have to stay on your face before washing it off? because i shower after my monring cardio and morning meal.


Also, can YES cause in increase in facial water retention before i start to lose fat and water form the face? Thx!

Is it safe to apply YES to the whole body? Like 2 squirts on the face, 1 on each pec, 2 on each ass cheek, 2 on each thigh, and 2 on abs? How would i do this because i want to speed up the fat loss in all these areas, but i definetly want to apply 2-3 pumps everyday to my face for the next 6 months to really get it lean.

9 pumps is on the high end for dosing (there is some systemic uptake) though not unreasonable or uncommon, would start with 6 to make sure that is within your "tolerance/enjoyment" range, then work up to more. though a number people use that much.
