Chrysler Crossfire, Lexus SC430, or something else

Give it up dude, he doesn't want the Solara...

lol

I don't care what Matt gets... Solara, Crossfire, 18 wheeler, Yugo, school bus, etc.

I'm merely pointing out the contradicting rationale being used.

What about a Caddy XLR, STS, or CTS-v?

Then once you get your G35 coupe, let me suggest you a Twin Turbo GReddy kit with Type-T external wastegates. That's 400HP orb. You'll love it.

I don't really understand this as your choices are contradicting in a way. You don't want a Nissan 350Z but are going with the Infiniti G35?? They are virtually identical cars.

They do not have identical images though, and Matt appears to be image-conscious. Hence his disdain for dentist-cars. The G35 has a more mature image than the boy-racer 350Z.

Hi. I am retiring my Saturn and getting a new car. For those of you who have been here a while, you know the retirement of the "Silver Chariot" is a sad thing. But it is necessary at approx 160K miles.

I don't see a lot of cars i really like out there. I only like the Crossfire and the SC430

I looked at Aston Martins briefly, I may get one, but I am looking for a daily use vehicle. Amazingly, this city (Jacksonville) has a great British car mechanic. So I am down to these two. Which would you rather have? I have a Lexus GS 300, love it very much.

Also, any suggestions are welcomed, but I am not interested in

MB
BMW
Audi
Porsche
Corvette
Dodge Viper
350Z
Ferrari/Lamborghini etc (no good mechanics for those here, like the Aston Martin, too much stress to drive)
any SUV

Thanks.
This is almost an inclusive list of all cars in the US over $35K. Since you consider them all to be stigmatized, what does this say about your opinion of people with money? :)

Are you looking for a daily driver, or a fun toy? Since you already have the Morgan and a big Lexus sedan, which have the sports car and luxury car fields covered, I think the third car should be something more utilitarian, something you can use for shopping, that you can load up with groceries or stuff from Lowe's or a big screen TV. Since an SUV is out of the question, may I suggest a station wagon? The Subaru Legacy wagon might be a good choice, or even the WRX wagon or Saab 9-2x. Or how about the Saab 9-5 SportWagon?

sensible suggestions lost in the shuffle

The Subarus and Saabs are not the best cars out there, for the money, but when you exclude the cars on Matt's red list, they're pretty much the best of what's left.

Subarus are nice but I have seen way to many of them turned into a pimped out mess same with Acuras. I would have to agree Saabs are pretty decent and not too comman. ;)

Can't go wrong with a Delorian bro. Spend the extra cheese and get one with a flux capacitor...you can thank me later.

How 'bout a Bricklin?
