Got sweaty palms and a bit of the shakes from the caffonuclear blast earlier today.

180 degree water, finely ground fresh coffee in a press for 30 minutes. You can't drink that shit in autodrip brew quantities, but I did.

Half-caf is what I'm planning for tomorrow. I have some wonderful organic "Bali Hai" Indonesian blend decaf green beans I just roasted a few minutes ago. I'm going 50/50 with them and the leaded beans tomorrow AM.
