Is he cheap, poor maybe both? maybe he can not afford smaller needles, but if he is trying to prove he is a tough guy he should rather do that by allowing you to smack him up side the head with a shovel. He is making scar tissue in his muscles worse by harpooning himself.

no he ran out of his normal 21G, he had ordered more but they haven't arrived yet, something about a delay or something.

he has a couple of 16G, dont ask me why so he used that, guess he felt he couldn't wait till tomorrow or the day after.

thats all he had, awaiting new order which has been delayed a day, so he used that.
i had some 23G laying about but realised they were 5 months out of date, so he justed grabbed one of his 16G (why he has them, i don't know) and shot away.
