after years of bordeline high cholesterol recent blood work shows it back in the normal range.bad cholesteroe was always a problem so 6moths ago started some flaw in my shakes 3 times a day and what da ya know it actually lowered my levels amazing or what.either that or my dbol was actually a statin drug hehe.

Im kinda interested in seeing what mine is this month as ive been taking a statin, kyolic garlic w/lecithin, niacin w/policasonal and fish oil. Plus my juicing has been way down. Of course my shit diet hasnt changed much.lol Good to here your getting results.

Flax and Omega 3 have helped lower my cholesterol. Try Zinc if your triglycerides are high.
