Choices of my cycle. Help appreciated.

Nice what did your diet and split look like at the time if you can recall. Also how was weight and strength and the look of muscle ( hard soft vascular etc). thanks bro

My muscles have matured over the years i always have that hard chisled look.

I believe in simplicity for getting bigger. I like B, but would get rid of the dbol and test e. Just get into sust, ana and adex and HGH. Dbol is great, but will bloat and raise blood pressure. Mixing test e and sust is mixing oranges and oranges.

Tren scares me.

Should you want to get up to 230 and kick some Brokner butt ... include the dbol and deca. BUT ... watch your blood pressure. I hit over 200/110 once and started getting eye problems. NOT worth it.
 
yuo're 10-12% and can only see 4 abs? i would think all of them would be at least close to if not all visible with obliques poppin out too. 10% is def a low bf.
and as for cycle, radar's got ya covered! he knows what hes talkin about! :D
 
I can see some of my obliques but I find that fat collects around my lower abs you can see the tops but the bottoms are not. But when I comes to my shoulders I have very little fat and alot of strenuation of muscle fibers. I love tren but I think i'm going to switch it up with radars cycle. And radar this is just A sample of what I eat

Diet: varys from day to day
630 am -
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

9 pm -
Two scoops whey Protein, 1/2 cup oats, one tbs. peanut butter, and one fruit

12 pm -
8 ounces lean meat, one cup green vegetable, and one cup brown rice

3 pm -
Two scoops whey Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

6 pm -
Two scoops whey Protein with Gatorade

8 pm -
8 ounces lean meat, one cup green vegetable, and one cup brown rice

11 pm to 12 pm -
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

Calories - 4028
Grams Protein - 393
Grams Carbohydrates - 396
Grams Fat - 82

any advice to make it better or tips I will probally up the calories 500-700 for the cycle this is what I have been eating like for the past 4 months pritty consistantly
