Chicken drumsticks

I am sick of chicken breasts, are chicken drumsticks prepared with like lemon pepper or something simple like that..ok for cutting?

my diet is pretty much oatmeal, chicken breast, steak, pork chop, protein powder, natural peanut butter. would like to sub in some drumsticks but dont want to be slowed down...since i am basically consuming no carbs outside of oatmeal im thinking that adding a little sat fat is not a big deal
 
could try lean ground beef (can get 96% lean), some lean turkey sausage, lean ground turkey, etc..

I try to keep it varied every now in then for simple sanity
 
there is still alot of fat in ground beef though...even the 96%....if you can try and get the 98% lean....there was a thread in here a few months ago about the 98% lean beef...and how it's still a scam on how much fat is actually in it...i'll try and find it
 
just drop chicken altogether for a bit. replace it with some lean beef and pork for a couple weeks.
 
aye, jpt, but the fat in beef (if ate sparringly) is certainly not a bad thing..and could help increase test
