chest problem

Well ive been training for a few years, but something is still up with my chest... It kind of looks like i have breast to put it bluntly. You can really tell when i wear a tight shirt, my chest is very saggy. Now ive had this problem sense high school, and im getting sick of it, is there any advice anyone has to get rid of these? Ive been training quite a while, and have a 315lb bench. And even in high school, when i weighed 150 pounds wet, had a VERY fast metabolism and barly any bodyfat i still had it. not much, but still noticable.

saggy chest

what is your body fat currently ? sounds to me like a bad case of genetics...... i would suggest plastic surgery if you really , really hate it !!!! not much more i can suggest because you sound really strong already.... hope that helps

I just started doing inclines, im not sure of the bf, but from the looks (can see the top two abs) im guessing around 13-15...

Do you think I should give the inclines some time? This is the first time ive used them in my routine.

if you really are benching 315, and you've just started doing inclines ... lets just say you'll prolly be extremely happy in a few weeks

i had a friend who was unfortunately built like that. he was told by docs that it'd never go away w/out plastic surgery to correct it. his younger brother didn't really have that problem though, he was lucky. buddy would always yell at his mom and tell her it was her fault cause she smoked pot when she was pregnant with him. dunno if that had anything to do with it, but she openly stated that before she had breast reduction surgery, her bras were so big you could've used them for a hammock. i think that had more to do with his "breasts" than anything else. hopefully you can correct it by building yourself up right. good luck!
