Anybody work their chest on an entirely seperate day from everything else? How do you attack it? Reps/Sets.......

i dont, but i use to. i would train chest and back together using the 5x5 method. it worked real well.

I train chest by itself, one day per week. When I considered myself a powerlifter, I trained similiar to the "Intermediate Training Cycle" found at http://www.rebeccaphelps.com. Reps and sets can be found on that page. The "Advanced Training Cycle - I" includes band presses. I never did much of these due to my shoulders that are often aggravated. Now, I'm venturing into more bodybuilding type workouts and will change the way I train soon.
 
Im doing my 5x5 (5x5, then 2x8-10, then 2x8-10) split with chest on its own day. I dont think I would do this normally, but I started swimming with my old team later on the same night, and chest is one of the lesser used muscle groups in the pool.

That said, it doesnt seem to have done me any halm.
 
I do, on the 5x5 program. It's worked out pretty well so far. I do incline press first, then do dips, and then either flies or flat dumbbell press as accessories.
