Chest and Tri developement... pics inside

Hey alright so i took some shots today after my workout, and i need input on my developement... i am also trying to figure out how to cut up my tris... they are just one solid rock with no definition. Please critique and give advice, don't make fun or harass, that's all i ask, thanks.
Stats: 17 y/o. 5'7", 172 lbs.
Arms: 15.5
Chest: roughly 43, 44...

Hey Wiz, looking good. Definately keeping it lean [in my opinion] while getting big. You seem to have improved over a two week period, but i can't imagine its really possible to see improvement so soon. As for tri definition, i wouldn't worry about it for now. I would keep packing on size, and worry about definition later.

good stuff bro...you are getting BIG. You look bigger than 175 to me
 
As far as cutting your tri's is concerned, you can't isolate a muscle to cut it. You either diet and 'cut' your whole body or you concentrate on putting on muscular size.

If you are asking whether there are exercises that will 'cut' your tri's, my answer is no. Diet is what will bring out the definition.

IMO, the best tri exercises are close grip benches, dips, pushdowns, overhead extensions

Def looking like a stocky bull @ 190 not 170-175. Where are the legs? Setting the foundation now is the key for the rest of your life.

Your question;
Only your genetcis and your diet will lead to that road to definition in your triceps. Keep a solid program and stay confident with it. You will grow. Make simple goals, achieve them, and then work your way up.

Nice progress man. You are looking big. Looks like you are staying lean too. You are definitely on the road to hugeness.

As for the tris, I agree with vinylgroover and Hammer.

Keep it up man. Lets us know how you are progressing.
 
Looking very good WK. You've got a build that you can do whatever you want with. You've got the athletecism to lean up, or you can put on size fairly easily. Like bfold said, you're gonna be a tank some day.

But remember, your still young. The sun doesn't rise and set in the gym, so don't forget to get out and raise hell now and then. :)
