Checking Your Nuts!!!

Hey bros, I heard that you should get your nuts checked periodically to check for lumps that could be cancer. I ocasionally feel my nuts to check for that and so far so good. My questions are: Is it ok to do a self exam or do you need a doctor to check it out? What should you feel for besides big lumps? Please explain. I would rather check it out myself, than have some doctor feeling my nuts Unless it's a nurse If the doc is a must than I'll be mature about it and have it checked out. Thanks

Self examination is fine... unless you are going for a check up anyway. I knew a guy that found an English pea size lump on his nad after reading about someone else who had testicular cancer and decided to get it checked out... He went to a doc and sure enough, it was cancer. The doc said they'd caught it in plenty of time. I'm sure I'd notice a pea size lump through a self examination.... If you use/have used tamoxifin throughout a cycle, you need to pay particular attention to the poteintial for testicle lumps.

First of all, for cancer you do not look for a big lump. Usually something hard as a rock and as big as a pea.

I did find a larger lump on one of my balls about a year ago and got it checked out. Turned out to be just a cyst...guess one of my tubes had a little blow out and it just filled with sperm. It's not harmful and he said he would just leave it alone unless it really bothered me.

So I guess I have almost 3 balls since the fucker is almost the size of one of them...
